Q: How do I collect my rental car when I get to Tasmania?
We have two convenient pick up and drop off locations — one near Hobart Airport and one near Launceston Airport, with a free shuttle service operating at both locations.
You can pick up and drop off your hire car at either location — the choice is yours.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Sometimes plans change, that’s ok! Any cancellations made within 15 to 30 days before collection will require you to forfeit your $300 deposit, while cancellations made within 14 days of collection are not eligible for a refund.
Q: Are there any tolls on Tasmania roads?
No, there are no toll roads in Tasmania — just plenty of scenic drives for you to enjoy.
Q: Is there a limit on how many kilometres I can drive per day?
No, all our cars come with unlimited mileage, so you can explore as much of Tassie as you want!
