About Our Pick-Up and Drop-Off Point Near Launceston Airport
Location:
Our depot is located at 5 Gatty Street Western Junction, we operate the shuttle Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (excluding weekends and public holidays), After you have collected your luggage call for the shuttle van on 0474 255 415 or if no answer call 0429 727 277. Then exit the terminal and cross the medium strip and wait outside the smoking shelter for the LeisureRent branded van.
After hours, weekends and public holidays:
You’ll need to make your own way to 5 Gatty Street, just a 5 minute taxi or uber from the Airport. There is a keysafe to the right of the building’s roller door, your keys will be in an envelope with your name and vehicle registration number inside the safe, we will email you the PIN code for this before you arrive, if you haven’t received this please call us a day or two before you arrive on 0429727277.
If you’re already in Launceston make your way to our depot at 5 Gatty Street, Western Junction.
RETURNING TO: LAUNCESTON
You’ll need to return the vehicle to 5 Gatty Street Western Junction.
Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm (excluding weekends and public holidays), we’ll transfer you to Launceston Airport via the shuttle van
After Hours, Weekends and Public holidays return to 5 Gatty Street Western Junction and park your vehicle (making sure not to obscure any other vehicle from leaving) and place the keys in the key drop next to the key safe which is to the right of the building’s roller door, then make your own way back to the Airport.

Sometimes plans change, that’s ok! Any cancellations made within 15 to 30 days before collection will require you to forfeit your $300 deposit, while cancellations made within 14 days of collection are not eligible for a refund.
